My relationship with books

Is it the exuberant, triumphant rise or the cutthroat competition of the business world? Weary of the mundane world, I now prefer to quietly retreat to a corner, turning the pages of a book, sipping tea, and immersing myself in the tranquil space amidst the rising steam. Letting my thoughts wander, I wish I could be as carefree as Tao Yuanming, finding joy in the simple pleasures of farming in the mountains, a state of ethereal tranquility and boundless freedom.

They say women are emotional creatures, and indeed, I marvel at the profound depth and richness of the Chinese language. Every phrase, every aptly quoted in every book, vividly portrays the beauty of life and the spirit of the writing, leaping between the lines like dancing musical notes, embedding themselves deep within my soul.
Poetry, fresh and elegant, is precious in its emotional moments, possessing beauty and romance; prose, seemingly loose in form but cohesive in spirit, is moving in its most brilliant sections, its colorful language immersing the reader; essays, insightful, reveal the myriad aspects of life and human turmoil; novels, gradually building to a climax, are intricately linked, their plots captivating and enchanting…
I immerse myself in the ocean of knowledge that is books, listening to the emotions and heartfelt calls of the authors, who release their passionate tenderness into words, conversing with you through the structured sentences and rhetoric, constantly exuding a fragrant, simple, charming, and philosophical atmosphere of life. Each Chinese character doesn't retaliate; it simply obeys its master's commands, arranging and combining, ready to go. From them, I can see the vibrant world of life, the shimmering moonlight and starlight of nature, the tender love between lovers, and the magnificent glory of life.
In the dazzling, chaotic world of everyday life, only the world within books remains beautiful and pristine. I can gaze upon it, read it silently, write about it freely, and embrace it with open arms.
A book is a collection of words—it encompasses everything yet remains serene and untroubled by worldly affairs!
